I use to be the edgars staff member and I resigned and I paid off they’re staff account,and it happened again that I started working for the company again and I re opened the staff account and after 3 years I left, I joined the stuttafords company and unfortunately it closed down

Edgars hired me again and I’m currently working for them,when they assisted me in re-opening the staff account in year 2018,they’re records showed that I’m owing the account and I explained that my balance was taken out of my provident fund and the lady said unfortunately I needed to pay,she opened the pay to buy account of which I didn’t have a problem with,on one occasion where i was purchasing I firstly paid in the money so that I’ll be able to get the 30% off,but immediately they deducted the balance that was showing on their side,I still have got the proof of that payment,strange enough that balance that they were saying is still outstanding is showing in my ITC report,I’ve phone edgars several times and I’ve got 4 reference numbers for the same quiery,the last time I spoke to Nomfundo Bhengu and she explained to me that on their side that account is no longer existing and it’s paid off ,the problem is on the ITC side they didn’t update it and when I called the ITC side I explained what I was told firm the edcon side and the lady said she will will send me my ITC report send it to edgars and they needed to clarify with them that surely on they’re side the account has been payed off ,I called in edgars and I spoke to Nomfundo and explained over and over and she said I should send her the report on her email.

I therefore emailed my ITC report to Nomfundo Bhengu ,but it’s still showing on my ITC report, the reference number is ***//Go The edgars account number is ***

This is really affecting me because it’s still showing on my ITC don’t know what else I should do.
