Hey Hellopeter staff I have a problem with Edgars in Ladysmith.I bought Z3 Blackberry on February 2015 so the phone gave me hard time because it was still under guarrantee I then took it back to Edgars for repairs.They said I must wait for 2 weeks after that they will phone me to come and collect it.But now its a third week they have never called me yet.I don't understand plz help I dnt have a cellphone now I am still waiting for my cellphone to be repaired.

Firstly we would like to apologise for any frustrations occurred
Please be advised as per terms and condition of the purchased mode. Please note that the handset has 7 days guarantee period and up to 12 months warranty. This means that if you experience any technical difficulties with the phone it can be returned to the store for further assessments and can be exchanged with a new one should there be any technical faults found. However after 7 days the guarantee lapses and the store can only act as a facilitation point only (This means that the store can assist with booking the phone for repairs and all costs will be incurred by the customer). The phone may take up to 6-8weeks at the repair centre, this means that it can be delivered back to store with fault technical report. We understand that you will be visiting Edgars Ladysmith this afternoon in order to validate details.
