Delaying process

I experiencing poor service with Edgar’s online I bought item online on the 29feb I got my item but I mistakenly bought incorrect size I bought size 9 instead of 7 I can see the shoes is available online we’ve been moving back and forth regarding sending picture they said I must send picture and slip in the box that’s what I did they are draining the process now my fear the size I’m looking for will also be out of stock my ref 384196 I am Thandiswa my email is *** my order number PNJ***4
