Delay of Debt Review Paid Up Letter
<p>As my debt counselor request paid up letter from Edgars, they were informed by Edgars debt review department that there's still a balance outstanding. While Edgars accounts department confirmed account to be in fact paid up. My husband and I went in-store at Edgars Somerset Mall to settle account in full, some time ago! This is very conflicting and frustrating. Edgars is very poor in rendering assistance.</p> <p>Mrs Cheryl Hicks</p>

Indeed unpleasant, as Edgars personnel display incompetence! A response is all good and appreciated! I need swift and efficient resolve to delay in obtaining paid up letter from Edgars. Procrastination are not resolve! Instruct your debt review department in Johannesburg to swiftly issue me with paid up letter so I can close this despondent chapter with Edgars. My account with Edgars is paid up, and I hereby invoke my legal right to no longer be associate with this retail conglomerate.
