Today my sister Singatha Dokoda went to Edgars Sometset west in capetown looking to buy a Mango dress. When she got there she also wanted a blazer but it was not on the floor so she asked a sales consultant and was told that a manager would get it for her at the stock room. She waited as the person was out of the store at that moment. She left to go to YDE to buy another dress and was back at Edgars again. As she was waiting she decided to ask a sales lady at the fitting room to change into her work clothes as she as running late which she was alowed to do. Security came to enquire about what was happening which she explained. On her way out of the store because the person with the store room key was still not back, my sister was stopped and told not to leave the store and go to the control room. She explained that she was late for work and that they can serch her bag or check the cameras. She then left and went to take a taxi. The same security guard haf followed her and ridiculed her in public calling her a ***** and threatening to beat her up.
