Deformation of Character

Good day,

I would like to lodge a formal complaint against your West Street, Durban branch.

My sister was falsy accused of theft yesterday, 15 December 2017, and was publicly disgraced by your manager and security guards in front of other consumers and passerby.

The product she had that was confiscated by your manager had a reciept which she couldn't produce as mom had it with her. She offered to call mom to confirm this by they refused and treated her like a ********. This altruistic treatment of her was totally uncalled for and we expect disciplinary action to be taken against all Edgars representatives involved and some form of compensation to my sister.

This was a traumatic experience for her and we would like this dealt with.
