Defective Kelso Jersey

The situation was rather embarrassing, we went out on a family dinner at an exclusive restaurant. My daughter was dressed in this Kelso Jersey for the first time and the following was encountered: • The fabric messed all over her jeans and inner top that was worn. – These items cannot be restored • The safety belt of the car was total messed from the fabric of this Kelso jersey - These products cannot be restored. • It messed her husband’s clothes when he tried to remove the mess caused by this jersey. – Cannot be restored. • The inconvenience caused being out of town and going to an exclusive restaurant looking in this state was totally unacceptable. I have been an Edgar’s customer for more than 20 years and knowing that Edgars maintains quality products - This was not the case. Please advise how this non-conformance will be compensated? I would a detailed investigation conducted relating to this defective product. We don’t only want a credit for the jersey but all the items which has been ruined and the inconvenience caused.
