Deducting cellphone insurance for a phone I don't have and reported

<p>Good day</p> <p>I have bought a cellphone in your Edgars store, Vaal Maal, Vanderbijlpark in 2015. December 2015 this phone was ******. I did report it to the police. Got a reference number. Received a IMEI number. I went to your store. Reported it. Had to pay R800 access fee for a new phone. Received the new phone weeks later. However, my Edgars account kept increasing. Few weeks ago, went to the Edgars store. Reported it. Cancelled the cellphone insurance, only to find out I pay insurance for BOTH phones. One I don't even have anymore. I have requested Edgars to refund the insurance back onto my account. Still did not hear anything back from your store.</p>
