Declined account application
On the 15th of November I went to Edgard to apply for an account. After 45min the guy said everything is done it will take 10-15 min then I can come and collect my card.
After 30min nothing and I went back and he said it's still pending. On the 16th I went to the store to find out what's going on because I still received no feedback. Then a lady told me it was declined but I earn 20k plus and only have fixed R 5000 (medical and pension) that goes off my account. I asked het to explain how this can be. She then just said I must wait maybe they will change the status of my application. How in earth does this work!
