Deception deceived
Awhile back I purchased a Samsung j2 I went to edgars loch l0gan walked around and went to the Vodacom counter to purchase a Vodacom phone unfortunately they did not have stock and offered me the demo unit which I accepted as i liked the unit after waiting for almost N hour or more I finally got the unit...now after a month or 2 I have issues walk into vodacare only to be told that the phone I have is not a Vodacom unit... for this deception I am requesting a full cash refund or a free upgrade to better phone I am requesting that the manager go look at video footage to see how everything transpired.... this is pathetic customer service and full deception furthemore I reserve the right to take this matter up legally

Kindly note we tried contacting you telephonically at about 12:56 but we could not reach you. ( busy on the other line). Firstly we would like to apologise for any frustrations occurred due to this incident.Please be advised as per terms and condition of the purchased mode. Please note that the handset has 7 days guarantee period and up to 12 months warranty. This means that if you experience any technical difficulties with the phone it can be returned to the store for further assessments and can be exchanged with a new one should there be any technical faults found. However after 7 days the guarantee lapses and the store can only act as a facilitation point only This means that the store can assist with booking the phone for repairs The phone may take up to 6-8weeks at the repair centre, this means that it can be delivered back to store with fault technical report. Kindly return the unit in question store so that it can be booked in for repairs.NB: Please be advised that we have venders selling the devices on behalf of a respective service provider.Please find below reference number for this query: ***/GO.Should you need any further assistance please do not hesitate to
