<p>Went to the pavilion on Sunday 20/10/2016, cashier "agreed" to me accepting the R22.80 monthly fee. Called the manager, and demanded to close my account (WHICH IS PAID UP) and I only pay R94 a month for Edgars Club (R44) and Edgars Legal (R50). This R94 was paid on 25 October 2016!I ended </p> <p>Manager insists I owe a balance of R50, and her argument is that I paid R94 on 25th but the R50 is due from the 28th! What *******. Why must I pay R50 when I filfilled my monthly obilgation of R94!!!</p> <p>She could not get hold of customer care. I could not close this account!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Being a loyal customer since 2005, I am closing this account because of R22.80 theft! I DEMAND THIS ACCOUNT CLOSED!!! </p> <p>On this platform, i hereby cancel my legal aid and edgars club with immediate effect!</p>
