Debt collection for an account that is in good sta
I received a call from a debt collection company ***) regarding my outstanding debt on my Edgars account.

My debt on my account is R 11 as at today. I have always paid more than the balance due. The lady refused to give me further information unles i provided my identity number. I question why should i provide this as i have seen my last statement and find it ludicrous that I receive such a call.

The account has been open since 1995. This call just asks the question as to whether i i should remain a customer of Edgars. Given the media releases about Edcon, they should be doing everything to retain their customers.

Absolutely pathethic.

Regards
Megan
