I'm so frustrated. I was under debt review in 2011. 2012 I was cleared. I sent proof to edgars debt review section on many occasions. Tried to call them. They give fax numbers etc. The account was still not cleared. My account is actually in credit. I got tired calling and faxing and being given wrong numbers and I just gave up. Now today I called again. The call centre gave me the wwrong number. Customer care was also unhelpful. What do I do to reopen this aaccount? This is so frustrating. Please help.
