Good i have an aporoved cell phone claim worrh 8000 and i want to use all the funds in it, and the problem is your stores phones that are worth 8000, they said they can outsource phone me but now am being forced to take R6000 Iphone and i dont want it. I asked Lawrance from mall of Africa to get an phone 7 with knowledge that its worth 8000 an even if its more i am willing to pay the difference and that was 2 weeks back. And today i called in an i was told Lawrance isnt in and i spoke to Thulani thats forcing me to take the iphone 6 which is worth 6000 and get to forfeit my 2000 coz that is the so called phone i was insured for " iphone6s" and no i dont want loose any penny from my claim i want to make use of all the funds approved as i payed my insarance on time andnpeacefully.so can i not be bul**** n whats rightfully mine. Ro rather accredit the fund into a voucher to buy a laptop theb thats wortg 8000. I hope you get to fix this coz this insurance was long approved in December 23rd.
