<p>Hello Peter </p> <p>I have an clothing account at edcon that was given over to MBD attorneys . I have been paying my account with a fixed amount religiously, but found that my account balance was not comming down, but increasing .MBD doubled my account balance with interest and I don't know why. I called MBD to find out why my account doesn't come down and i was told its edgars rules and I must pay it. Then I went MBD office in cape town , they could not help me , they just put me through to joburg on the phone and was told the same ,to just keep paying. So asked for all my account information and history to be e-mailed to me and was told they would ablidge, but have yet to receive it . So no one can give me info about why my balance keeps increasing even though I pay every month . The person on the phone sarcastically told me that I can go to social media and get a lawyer if I want to . Do here I am </p>
