Data/airtime subscription *****

I’ve been battling for a resolution to the matter of the miserable data/airtime that I’ve supposedly used and subscribed to from Edgars and I’ve since requested the copy of the proof that they supposedly have to be sent to me, but nothing has been sent to me but they still insist I took up their miserable subscription. Facts are I would never take up such a contract telephonically, for one they don’t specialize with data or airtime, if I needed to take up a data or airtime contract I would go to Vodacom/ MTN/ Telkom, point is if I need fish I go to a fish market and not to a CTM. I urge the Edgars investigators to do their damn jobs and properly and to stop messing up people’s names and it’s purely on principle that I do not agree to their underhanded and shady way of doing business. And they go on claiming to have rep**** privately whereas they have not resolved this matter. Edgars Consultants/ agents/ investigators Do your jobs properly, I didn’t know tricking people to taking up useless subscriptions was part of it.????
