Dark Store Online Purchases
<p>Good afternoon</p> <p> </p> <p>So I have tried emailing Edgars accounts, I have tried using FB to resolve this, but to no avail, so I am using Hello Peter as a semi last resort.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have purchased 2 online orders, one 31 December 2016 - ********** 34, and a second one 15 March 2017 - ********** 9....to date, no sms, no email, no phone call, nothing to notify me that my order is ready for collection! These two orders come to almost R1000, which has politely been added to my account, and I have to pay for, but I have not received my orders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will not pay a cent further on my account until both these have been resolved! I hereby cancel these orders! And refuse to accept any products with regards to these orders, as I no longer need the items, and I doubt you even have them in stock still anyway!!!!!!!</p>

Still no credit to my account....i have made a payment to my account as i have made in store purchases and i refuse to get a bad credit rating because of Edgar's incompetence. But both dark store purchases i still have not received my orders or my credits....going back to december 2016 ....almost 5 months!!!! This is almost
R1000 worth of items i paid for (albeit on account) but i have not received!!!!
