damaged speaker

I bought a cell phone in Edgars mamelodi on the 11-05-2015 15:45 sumsang g360h the second week I bought it it started giving me speaker problem I took it back to Edgars mamelodi so that they can't take it for repairs but dipuo refused she said I should take it to Vodacom menlyn they don't take phone for repairs.then I took the phone to cna kolonade which I work in the area they helped me n took the phone for repairs unfortunately the phone came back with the same problem then I went back to Edgars mamelodi they didn't want to take the phone for repairs but I told them in kolonade they helped me why they can't help n I bought the phone there so they took it for repairs but it came again with the same problem again then I went back to them I told them I don't want the phone anymore they have to give me a new phone but they refused said they will take it again for repairs.so as a customer I have to suffer but I paid for that phone n im a loyal customer in Edgars management should look on this matter.3 times but the phone is still giving the same problem I really don't want this phone anymore.
