Damaged goods - cash refund please.

I bought Bradford shoes at Edgars Clearwater in March 2015. In June the heel cracked open and tore away from the sole. I took the items back to the Key West Edgars. The store manager Zodwa told me that i do not have a slip i must go to customer services. There they searched for the account statement as i bought the shoes on account. After waiting for a really long time they told me the amount that i spent the day i bought the shoes but could not find the shoes slip. Its quite obvious if you look at the slip produced by Zodwa. She then told me that it needs to be sent to Quality to check what is wrong with the shoes. She was not forthcoming about what needed to be done and I had to ask her for proof that is being sent to quality. now i must wait 10 day and hope for feedback?? From a person that does not look like she wants to work! Edgars - i do not want more shoes from you OR a Voucher. I want Cash so i can spend it somewhere else. REF ES66471

Hello Antheav,

Thank you for raising your apprehensions with us. Please be advised our refund and exchange policy is part of the service we render to our customers. We only refund or exchange provided that there is a proof of purchase. It is not over 30 days of purchase and the item is in its original packaging. If the branded item has a quality defect then it will be booked for quality assessment. We apologise for the overall experience, but the shoes are booked for quality assessment and concrete feedback will be given to you shortly.
