Damaged Blouse

I was in Durban over Easter, only to find out on Saturday that my brother was gettin Baptised & he wanted me to attend Church & his Baptism. I carried T-shirts, so we rushed to Edgars-Galleria Mall, I picked up a blouse of my size, I did not even scrutinize/fit the blouse. I got home gave the helper the blouse to iron & on Sunday while sitting in Church I see the blouse is damaged, I could not go back to Edgars coz I was in another suburb & we had a day that was fully planned out & Monday morning I left DBN to return to Gauteng. <br> <br> I also purchased 2 earrings @ Carnival Mall on 23/03, the one pair I tried using on the 24th, when I open the earring it broke, I took it to Lakeside Mall they accepted the damaged earring. 29 March I tried opening the other pair of earrings & it also broke. I have been a loyal customer of Edgars for over 20 years & I must say that I never really had problems with damaged goods, the last time I returned a damaged item of clothing was in May 2008, had I used these items a couple of times and damaged it due to being negligent then I take full responsibility, but this was of no fault on my side <br> <br> Please advise. No response from my email of 29/03.<br> <br>
