Damage underwear

I bought underwear today around 16h00 or 17h00 at Edgars store in wonderpark pretoria, when I hot home I remove tags only to realise that one of the two pack panties was torn on the side, I then looked up their return policy it stated that no returns allowed on underwear, but I feel it would be unfair because I haven't worn the undies, the were damaged from the store , can someone advice me what to do because I have paid for them.
