Cyber Monday as Edgars clearly failed at delivery

Ordered on the 2nd of December and I called in on the 5th of December and every working day after that and every single consultant says it's being delivered today/it's on the way. On the 11th one consultant said that because of the bad weather, they will only be commencing deliveries on that day. Still nothing received and the consultants have no way to tell who the courier is and what exactly is going on. Each call lasts at least 15 minutes for the past 7 working days and it's becoming costly. No one ever calls back.
