Customers gets call from laywer on behalf of EDGARS

As a customer of Edgars for years , without ever missing a payment , I get a call from a lawyers firm to discuss my arrears account with Edgars. I explained that my payments were up too date and I even received the current statement showing my payment , and what is now due end April. The cheek that Edgars has to set a Lawyers Firm onto a longstanding customer who is and never has been in arrears. Hundreds of Thousands of people have been retrenched or laid off due to Covid-19 and Edgars has the stupidity to pay a law firm to chase customers without checking their accounts. Wake up Edgars , you will lose customers with this kind of attitude.
