Customer Services a waste of time

I received 2 SMS's from Jet stores asking me to pay an account I don't even have. I was concerned with ***** i.e. someone using my cell phone number.

I sent an e mail saying so to 2 addresses on their website; both came back saying access denied.

I spoke to customer services at Jet. They said my "account" (which I don't have) was with another division and gave me a new phone number. Telkom then said that number has changed, or is no longer in use.

All going precisely nowhere.
