Customer service to be improved

Edgars kollonade mall, advises customers that if you laybuy at their store you can continue pay instalment of the laybuy at other Edgars branches, I went to the wonderpark branch and i was told i cannot pay at any branch eccept the branch that i did the laybuy...and the person who was helping me Edgars wonderpark told me that i am not the first customer that the kolonade store told that it is possible to pay your lay buy at any Edgars branch
