Customer service stinks!

Call centre picks up can hear consultants talking they don't talk back. *** unresponsive!!! After numerous calls not from one phone but three. I went through new accounts requesting them to transfer my call to accounts. They answer and then ignore you whilst you are able to hear them talking to each other. Are they working or fooling around? There is no customer care service. Then tried *** exact same thing happens. This is not on.
