Customer service non-existent

After multiple emails (with zero feedback in return) to Edgars' account services regarding interest added to my 6-month account balance, I've asked for a settlement amount to square the account and close it for good since I don't want to be affiliated with the brand anymore. Account service is non-existent and the new management should consult a book or two if they want this to be a success. R.I.P Edgars.
