Customer Service is none existent at this store!

I submitted this complaint to the Clearwater Store on Tuesday and I still have not received any response.<br> <br> Good day,<br> <br> I do hope I receive a response in this regard.<br> <br> I came through to your store on Sunday, 27 March - I went to the Este Lauder counter and the assistant was busy speaking to her friend with no actual interest in assisting anyone, I waited for a while, finally she decided she would be interested in doing some work, she was very unfriendly. I told her what I required and she looked at me like I was stupid then I told her she needs to do a colour match (if this is your job you don't need to be told) she still asks what colour I require and again I tell her the same thing. She eventually gets the job done in her very unfriendly manner and doesn't even bother to inform me of the current special and she just gets back to her conversation.<br> <br> I do understand that it is unfortunate to work over the Easter Weekend however I was not unfriendly and do not deserve that treatment.<br> <br> It was a very unpleasant experience as I am a regular client at your store and I will not be back in future.
