I was owed a refund by Edgars dating back to 2020, due to an overpayment made after the closure of my account. However, to this day, the refund has still not been processed.

I have logged numerous inquiries over the years and have been sent from pillar to post without any resolution.

When you miss a single instalment, Edgars calls you every day. But when they owe you money, it takes five years—and still, nothing has been done.

Despite numerous attempts over the past five years to resolve this—being repeatedly redirected without any meaningful response—I am now urgently requesting that Edgars take immediate action to rectify this matter.
