CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL!!!

you would think would how slow business is at this mall, they would treat customers like diamonds. A friend and i occasionally use the testers at this store and we were reprimanded like school children, scolded, shouted at in the store, the manager Ravi was waving his hands at my face, i thought i was going to get a slap(Please feel free to pull the cctv footage) when i asked him why was he shouting and so rude, his response was because i was rude, so that is customer service at Edgars Cornubia, if they think the customer is rude that gives him the right to be rude right back to the customer. Wonder where he was trained. Like i said earlier that store is so dead they are definitely not meeting the daily target, and the store could close down, but it will be hard to feel sorry for People like Ravi and Primrose who think it is ok to be rude to a customer if they think the customer was rude to them. will never return to that store, rather go to Gateway they have a much better selection of clothes anyway.
