Customer complain

Service is very poor.... Every month I am paying and have made payment arrangements on my account. Every day a million people will phone me over and over. I do not answer them anymore, because I can’t explain every 5 minutes to a different consultant. Account number : ‪***‬. When asking them how are the system working they say the need to contact me every day, they can’t put a note on the system. which I feel is it is very pathetic. Please tell your people to stop giving me annoying calls of paying account I do make payments every month as I can. Due to Covid 19 I lost my job and only getting money from my husband as I have 2 babies to look after as well. Please take this to consideration. Please send me a email for communication ***
