Customer-care service a joke.

I've called the customer care line numerous times to explain the situation concerning my account. I've received no assistance or feedback at all!!! An error was made on my account by one of your sales consultants. I find your service extremely unprofessional.

If my account is not in arrears, why dont I have credit available? I was advised that the account is oversold. Which is impossible

Who authorised the R842 to be added to my account???? I never made that payment to my account!!!!

Its against the Consumer protection act and the National Credit act !!!!

I made a cash purchase of R842, who the hell do you think you are to add the cash as a Payment to my account!!!
