CUSTOMER ABUSE BY EDGARS SHOP

I have a clothing account at Edgars JUST FOR CLOTHES. I later discovered that Edgars was charging me for clothes, airtime and funeral policy. I queried this and the money was refunded. Last year in October I paid off my Edgars account, this year in July Edgars hands my account over to debt collectors. Upon calling Edgars head office, it was confirmed that Edgars has been charging me for funeral policy which I never asked or sign for. This is theft and is totally unacceptable. The debt collectors are calling me every day saying I will be blacklisted on credit bureau and are advising me to settle this amount while it’s still relatively low. But how do I pay when I don’t owe??♀️ Edgars customers BEWARE !!!
