On the 30 July 2020 received a call from Daly Credit Corporation offering a 70% discount if I pay my account on the 31 July 2020, payment was done and i was promised to receive a paid up letter within four to six weeks but till date no paid up letter from daly credit corporation or Edgars.

I have requested letters from both companies several times but both take me from pillar to post.

The Edgars account is affecting my credit report negatively and both Edgars and Daly Credit Corporation dont care.
