I'm so frustrated wt yol,yo call centre agents are just wasting our time and airtime,I've been sending emails since May I have not assisted,I asked yol to stop all those additional money that you are adding to my account for magazines that I don't even receive...another query is the account balance hasn't changed for months now yet im paying every month,your service is very poor
