Credit service fee but account is paid in full

I settled my account in Jan 2021 I got a statement in Feb 2021 saying I owe R30. When I phoned in on the 12 of Feb I spoke to a Jenny Edward's I was told it is a mistake and she will forward an updated statement. I phone numerous times yesterday and the call was cut eventually I got through and the lady said she can't help me I must phone head office because I got R60 outstanding for some credit insurance fee. I did not sign for any credit insurance fee. And my balance is nil... I am really upset as far as I am concern this is theft and they are *****ing people's money...
