Credit report not updated by edgars for the past 10 months

I was in arrears with my edgars account in 2017. I was contact by Reara group to advise of my outstanding payment in 2020. I had made arrangements in 2020 to pay weekly toward my edgars account to which i kept to. In December 2020 i paid off the balance owing and requested a paid up letter. In january 2021 i received my paid up letter from edgars. Since January 2021 i have made numerous contacts with edgars rcc to have my credit report updated with no joy. On the last contact with edgars, which was 2 months ago,i was promised by the call centre agent that an email was being sent to have the debt updated and to date it still reflects that i am owing edgars.. when the funds was required, i was swampedbwiyh phone calls,now that the account is paid up,i cant seem to get any assistance from edgars. I have even been to te chatsworth branch where the manager was unhelpful and arrogant. I need my report updated!
