I over paid my account and contacted the relevant departments for a refund and sent all the documents they required almost instantly.<br> <br> I still have heard nothing from them and even followed up but still no reply.<br> <br> This is very frustrating seeing that I am a loyal customer who always pays my account on time and this is the service that I get when I am on the end of the string that needs to get paid?<br> <br> <br> I feel like closing this account.
