Credit not passed after online shopping items out of stock

I purchased some clothing online when you had the sale. I received an sms on the 28/2/2020 to say 2 items are not in stock and my account will be credited. To this day I have not received a credit. Please sort this out asap and send proof of the credit being passed. My invoice was stamped as well to say due for a credit with lines through.
