Credit Bureau

2018 I discovered that Edgars took me to Credit Bureau after many years of being a good paying customer,even after I made arrangements with them when I went to further my studies 2016 asking them to reduce my monthly installment..2019 I paid the account because I could not even apply for a homeloan,but even today my name still appears on Credit Bureau as if I owe Edgars store.my life is just stuck.kindly assist to remove my name on Credit Bureau please.
