Credit Block Status
Good Day
I was under debt review since 2014 and received my paid up letter and clearance certificate beginning 2018. I've sent my clearance certificate to the Debt Review Department in March 2018 and I still have a blocked status on my account. I've contacted the Call Centre on numerous occasions and they keep on giving me a fax number to phone to get this sorted. Please assist asap to lift the block from my account.
