Credit account reflecting incorrect bureau information

My Edgar's account was paid up and was supposed to be closed in May 2021. I have not discovered that the Edgar's account has is being reflected with outstanding debt and flagged as unpaid for 8mnth on bureau information. I am very unhappy about this and would like it rectified as soon as possible.
