****py Service and lack of interest in the client .

This is the BIGGEST mistake of my life , opening an account with Edgars . Ever since i opened my account , there has been nothing but trouble with it . The first time i bought on my account , everything went fine , then suddenly it was closed down for "security reasons" that i am not even allowed to know about ( this is my own account ) !! I've made my payments like i was suppose to but still the account remained blocked and i could not find out why or what was going on . SO THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ONE FULL YEAR NOW !!!!! Every time when i go to the shop they can't help me fix the problem , they are so damn lazy to help anyway . I sent 100 emails , finally got a response on the 3rd of April stating that i was handed over to attorneys and i did not do anything to correct my account (***FFFF !!!! ) Totally hate Edgars . Biggest mistake of my life and i would never ever recommend them to anyone !!!! Highly disappointed in the service i have received , they will definitely never see me again .
