Couldn't explain properly

On Saturday I bought a refreshing spray from Clinique at Gateway Mall for R320 as I was sent to do so by my sister. I later found out that I was supposed to buy one from Mac. I went to Sandton yesterday to return it. The lady at the Clinique counter took the spray and went away and upon returning she said that she could not refund me because of 2 reasons. 1 because the prices at Edgars and Red Square differ and secondly because it's not the real spray in the container. I then asked her if she expected me to go back all the way to Durban to exchange it and she said I would have to decide there but she can't help me. I asked her for her name and she said why do I need her name if she can't help me. She said she would get her manager to call me back which is still to happen.<br> She just did not want to help me at all. I mean if the contents of the container are questionable then why not take it back to the lab to be investigated. Since buying the spray no one has used it and if it's not the real thing in container I dread to think I spent R320 on water!!!<br> <br> This is so disappointing. I need this resolved please.
