Could not use voucher

Hi,

I visited Edgars on 08 Dec 2018. They sent my a voucher code: ********** 714 to get R100 via sms. I tried using it at the store(Westwood, Durban branch) but they said that it's not linked to my Thank You Card. They asked me if I have another Edgars account card and I said no, as I only have this one Thank You card. So, they said there was nothing they could do and I couldn't use the voucher.

I find this unacceptable as I drove all the way to Edgars just to use this voucher and could not use it.
