Contract with payjoy

I bought a phone on payjoy they never told me all the t&c she told me i won't pay any interest rate as i was looking for payjustnow she said its the same now when i gey home with my phone paid 900 rand as my 30% when i got home im seeing 19% on their app went back for them to explain the ladie is off monday i went she then said on the line as i was calling her on the line that she also didn't know when she bought hers but she paid it anyway so i wont be her went to the manager store manager when we got there she told the store manager she was scaring me becouse i told the store manager that she told me our conversation was recorded so i asked the to play the records to free my self she said she was scaring me a day after i saw the regional manager she also promised me that my money will be returned and my name will be cleared as i am talking to you payjoy is still asking me for a phone money on the phone that they have in the store becouse i gave them their phone back a day after but i don't know what to do anymore as regean the sm told me to take it ****her if i want all this happend from 27 sept until now nothing from them please help me win my money back im a single mother could have bought my child clothes with that money
