Continuous bad service at Edgars in Canal Walk shopping centre
The service at Edgars in Canal Walk is really shocking. There is usually not more than one or two till operators on duty, despite there being long queues of customers waiting to be helped. The till operators that are there are generally unenthusiastic and not very helpful. I have also struggled on numerous occasions to get someone to help me on the floor when I was looking for shoe sizes. Really unimpressed. P.S. I wrote this review while standing in the queue at Edgars, waiting to be helped.
