Continued fight to close account

Called again I called before and paid the amount somebody told me to pay, after I heard that if your balance is zero (nothing bought) you are still liable for insurance and feesThat person said my account will be closed in 36 days. I asked if more fees will be charged and he said No Called again today. Amount due is R 71.90Must pay this before they can close it Waiting for a letter ( Wonder if I am going to get it) for new settlement amount
