Continually out of stock

Edgars Riverside Mall, Nelspruit is a supplier of Elizabeth Arden cosmetics, for the last three months there has been virtually no stock on the shelves, and every time I enquire I am told to come back next week, when I mentioned to the consultant that their replies were always the same I was informed that stock is not ordered by the branch and therefore they had no control over it and if I want the items I could always get them at Truworths. I went in again today and the shelves were virtually empty, staff were standing around talking and offered to call them consultant who never arrived. Elizabeth Arden should remove their range from this store and give it to Truworths who apparently take the time and effort to ensure they have stock. The notion of customer service in that store in non-existent.
