Consultant won't honor advertised price

Hi Guys, <br> <br> I'm so disappointed by the service at you Kerk Street branch. On Sunday I was there to buy shoes, and I asked the sales assistant to check a size for me. She left me there and the next time I saw her she was laughing and chatting to the security guard and failed to assist me. So I left without buying. Today I go back to find my favorite shoe on sale, again no sales assistant to help me but the security gladly helps me locate one. I ask for a size 4 they bring it, I go and pay. The price is R359 on the shoe I asked the person who was helping me and he said yes. I pay and R429 is deducted, I then explain that the price I saw was R359, they say I must go fetch the price tag, so I go and they say no it's not correct. So I say I want the shoe for the price that was advertised. They tell me they can refund me but it will take 48hrs to reflect. So o asked for cash which they reluctantly gave me. I don't see why I must pay R429 for a shoe that is advertised for R359. I would like to buy the shoe for the price I saw on it, it's a Sissy Boy sling back peep toe chunky heel mule.<br> <br> I was told that someone from customer service would contact me. No one has yet contacted me.
